What is shape quality fabric?

Quality fabrics include some basic factors:
Breathability, Softness, Durability
Thread count is a textile term that refers to the number of yarns or threads per inch of fabric. The higher the number of threads, the higher the quality.
Breathability is directly related to comfort, especially with belt shapes. This, in turn, has to do with the weaving method used for the fabric. The special weave technique seen in premium fabrics promotes breathability and associated comfort, as the threads tighten the weave, the fewer air pockets there are inside them. This reduces trapped air, allowing the fabric to circulate air more freely.
For softness, it is the length of the fiber that is most important. Longer fibers allow for a smoother weave, avoiding the roughness that shorter fibers can create. Longer fibers also make more durable fabrics because they allow for a finer weave. The tighter the weave, the less likely it can be used and degraded over time. Nylon has high strength and abrasion resistance, and is more comfortable to wear; spandex has low strength and high elasticity, which can feel slippery when walking. The abrasion resistance of nylon is better than that of spandex, and the elastic properties of spandex are better than that of nylon. Nylon is mainly used for offset tires.
nylon
1. Wear-resistant, wear-resistant, rank all fibers first. Its abrasion resistance is 10 times that of cotton fibers, 10 times that of dry viscose fibers, and 140 times that of wet fibers. Therefore, its durability is good.
2. Nylon fabric has excellent elasticity and elastic recovery, but is easy to deform under small external force, so its fabric is easy to wrinkle when worn. Poor ventilation, easy to generate static electricity.
3. The hygroscopicity of nylon fabrics of synthetic fiber fabrics is an increasing content, so clothes made of nylon are more comfortable than polyester clothes. It has good resistance to resists and corrosion.
4. The heat and light resistance are not good enough, and the ironing temperature should be controlled below 140°C. During wearing and use, you must pay attention to the conditions of washing and maintenance so as not to damage the fabric.
Nylon fabric is a lightweight fabric listed only after polypropylene and acrylic fabrics in synthetic fabrics. Therefore, it is suitable for making mountaineering clothes, winter clothes, etc.
Spandex (bomb star)
Advantages: Best elasticity, light resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and abrasion resistance.
Cons: Worst strength, poor moisture resistance, Uses: Spandex is widely used in underwear, women's underwear, casual wear, sportswear, socks, pantyhose, bandages, etc. Spandex is a highly elastic fiber necessary for high performance clothing that pursues movement and convenience. Spandex can be stretched 5-7 times compared to the original, so it's comfortable to wear, soft to the touch, and has no wrinkles to keep the original silhouette at all times.
